Diet pills that work

Have you had any success with any of the numerous diet pills on the market? Tell me which one and the results. I used to supplement my lunches with a chromium piconilate pill, in an attempt to increase my metabolism. It worked for the first two months, but then it seems I became use to that level and my weight loss plateau'ed. I have not increased the dosage as I was already taken the higher suggested dosage, so now I was wondering if there were any other pills or combos that may help me achieve my weight loss goal.

I don't actually that any of these so-called diet pills actually work. I think what you have to do is change your eating habits and start to exercise. That is the way to lose weight. The pills just don't work.

Well I know when I began my diet paln, I was watching what I ate and exercising an hour a day. It wasn't until I began supplementing my diet with the chromium piconilate that I began feeling more energy and watching my body change. But now since my weight loss has stopped no matter what change I make, I was just inquiring about other's experiences. But thanks for response.

If you eat healthy and are relatively stress free, then Hydroxy Cut works well. If you work out it will work even better. Eating healthy is the most important part to weight loss. The hydroxy cut is o.k.; however, if you have any stress in your life, it will amplify by like 100 times.

Thanks for your response! I have heard of HydroxyCut and have even read the label but have yet to try it. THe last pill I tried was TrimSpa when it first came out, what a total rip off it was!
