ethiopian fruit salad

1 ripe mango, peeled and cut into pieces 1 small papaya, peeled and cut into pieces 1 navel orange, peeled and sectioned 1 1/2 cups seedless grapes 1 banana sliced combine all cut up fruit.add the banana at the last minute.

This sounds wonderful. I would change it, if it's okay, for my taste. I will do as you say with the fruits, and put them into a deep short glass, and then for the final layer, after the banana, I would like to put some sorbet of one of the fruits. Thanks dear. Another + rating for you from me.

I love fresh fruit. I have never had a salad like this. It sound like something that I would enjoy trying. All My family enjoy fresh fruit and we always have plenty of fresh fruit in the house. Although we do not have mango or papaya so often. They are pretty expensive around here. I am thinking it may be flavorful enough to purchase them and give it a try. I will let you know how it turnes out for me.
