The Future Film Director Greats

In the future who will be the new GREAT directors? Who will take all the fame and glory when the Spielbergs and Coppolas and such die? Everyone complains about how hollywood is all about the money and trash directors...are they destined to be the future? Do you see anyone particular theses days that you think could step up and fill the shoes of the GREAT directors?

I think there are three people to take over. Tim Burton and then there are two brothers who allways directs movies together i do not remember their names. And then ofcause there are Quentin Tarantino, he will be around for ever.
