The most useful thing I ever found was dry-brushing. You take a natural bristle brush (like a bath brush) and when your skin is dry you brush it wherever you may have cellulite. I've heard you're supposed to brush only in one direction (toward your heart). Do it enough to really stimulate the area (it will turn red) but obviously not enough to scratch or injure yourself. I really saw a difference when I did this regularly. They have creams that you can get at health food stores that also work better than you might think. Massaging them in does double-duty because massage is also effective. Since you're slim, that's something in your favor. If you can avoid putting on extra weight, that will keep it to a minimum of course.

Good advice, Beautifulceiling. However, besides staying away from fatty foods, exercise is also a key factor in resolving this problem, especially exercise that focuses on the affected areas. (Beautifulceiling, I am looking for that heated discussion on Iraq and WMD, where I came in and corroborated both you and NaseemOO. I had simply commented; thus, discussion was not included in my "responded discussions" list. Will appreciate the feedback. Thanks!)

I'm not sure which discussion you're referring to. Sounds like several I've been involved in. ;) I put in a friends request so you can PM me with more details if you want. I can try to help you find it.

(Beautifulceiling, I truly wish I had more information to give you, than already provided. I actually thought you would remember that particular discussion topic, seeing it was indeed heated and I had corroborated both you and NaseemOO with my comment that started with "So, Iraq had and has WMD ...!" Anyway, while you are searching, I will also contact NaseemOO, since he had even informed me in one topic we both appeared on that my comment had created too much excitement from obviously US nationals. Thanks for the assistance. Oh, you may contact me at netsbridge@yahoo.com)

I'm very slim too but I have cellulites on my thighs. I just exercise everyday to firm up my legs. There are some products in the market that helps reduce cellulites, you may want to try them if you have some money to spend on those things.

They have all kinds of creams and potions out there but do they really work and thats the question of the day. I wouldnt waste my money on them. I think some exercise for the legs will help you.

I use Biotherm creams, yes theyre expensive and it's debatable whether they work or not but it makes my skin softer and I THINK That it works! The best thing that I ever did was tan in a tanning booth, for some reason the darker even tones skin shows less cellulite.
