Just to let you people know that ChaCha is unorganized. I sent 2 faxes to them so far so I can get paid via direct deposit and they claim that they never received it! I know it went through because I have the receipt. It's useless for me to use their debit card because I already have other credit cards to use with airline miles in it. I believer there was also an ex-chacha guide here who posted his complaint because he hasn't gotten paid either.
Anybody here got paid with ChaCha yet via direct deposit?

I've got around $30 on chacha. I'm going to get the debit card and just pull the money out for cash, not use it around town. I think the $2 per transaction fee is RIDICULOUS and a total rip off, but I didn't want to have to wait until i reached $100 to see the money, so I'm opting for the debit card. Good topic, though, I've wondered myself. Seems like there are so many people on here who ChaCha.

I believe the only way to get paid by ChaCha is through the debit card. What you can do is still use your credit care, then use the debit card to pay your credit card bills.

I do not have direct deposit, but I know many people have been paid that way. It does seem as though there are more complications when receiving payment this way, but even at a out of home job setting up direct deposit does take time and things do happen, they may have received your fax and lost it or it could have been a mistake in the # used. I agree that you should just mail it in, or do both and fax it again. I have the debit card and I have had no problems with being paid. If you ask me its just a mistake and honestly it does happen. I cant tell you how many things I misplace in a day and I dont have thousands of people contributing to my madness lol.

I would have tried again just mailing it. It seems like it is a small company on the actual "staff," and if could've easily been over looked. I would try the other options. I have not been paid yet, but I just started the other day. Good luck, and I hope you get paid soon!

I set up the whole FirstIB.com bank thing with them and the first couple of times I had the money sent directly from that bank into my regular bank account but there's a $5 fee to do that on top of the $2 fee in the beginning. So now I either just use the debit card to make purchases or I use the debit card to take the money out of my firstib.com account and then I manually put it into my regular bank account so I don't have to deal with the $5 fee. I've been paid over $200 at this point and no problems so far!
