Neither actually. Both sound painful and potentually life threatening.

But this is the Would You Rather game, there is no "neither" response. You have to pick one or the other. The beauty of this game is that it corners people into tight spots. I would personally rather pass the marble.

Ah, that evil book... I had a friend with that one. I'd do the marble then even though it'd hurt like a b-itch.
