Which kind of fabic softn is better?

I need help becuz my dryer went out and I have to hang my clothes outside. When I hang up my clothes outside it feel so crispy and doesn't feel right. Does anyone know which one liquid fabic soften that made clothes feel soft and nice, not so crispy.

I use Downey. You can put it into a ball and during the wash you don't have to worry about forgetting to add the fabric softner. It has different scents, but also comes in unscented, if someone in your household has allergies. It's always been very effective on our clothes.
