Not exactly, akuler, the word "yo" itself doesnt mean "you" in english. To write it completely, it's actually, "Galit ako sa iyo", which in English is "I am mad at you" or "I am angry at you". Sometimes Filipinos would write "sa'yo" instead of "sa iyo" for shortcut. Like writing "I'm" instead of "I am" in English..

In the Philippines, our common language is tagalog and that is "Kinamumuhian kita". But it would be nice if you ask me how we say i love you instead.

yes i'm from the philippines, the correct word for i hate you is "kinamumuhian kita". the word "galit ako sa 'yo" means I am angry at you - GALIT means ANGRY. Sometimes one mistakenly use the word angry to hate, anyway how can you hate a person if you're not angry?

By this time you already know that 'Kinamumuhian kita' is the proper way of saying 'I hate you' in Tagalog. Tagalog is the major language in the capital region of the Philippines and that covers the entirety of Metro Manila. In Cebuano, it can be translated into 'Lagot gyud kaayo ko nimo' which word for word translation will come to be 'I am extremely angry at you'. Extreme anger is tantamount to hatred right? The kind of anger one will never forget throughout life.

I'm from the Philippines, and we use English and Filipino in communicating with each other. We have different dialects though for different regions, but in my case, since I'm from the National Capital Region, it's basically Filipino or Tagalog. I hate you in Filipino is "Kinamumuhian Kita".
