Which would you choose: A STRESSFUL JOB but pays better or A JOB YOU ENJOY...

When torn between 2 jobs that you are qualified for, which will pull more strings to you?

A job that i enjoy of course! .. i've experienced way back working which i really don't like and was just like forcing myself to do the job cause it's hard to get one again. But eventually, i quitted cause it didn't do any good to me at all. It's difficult to do things that ur unhappy with. (",)

Its very good to find a job that pays you better and at the same time you will enjoy the task or things you'll be doing. In regards to your question, I will pick the second. Why, simply because the STRESSFUL JOB will eventually gets into your nerves. This will make you feel and think (psychologically) very tired after every office hours. Since the only thing that will keep you stay with this job is the pay-out (salary), you'll be thinking of getting out and finding a new job again, something you hope will make you better.

yes, but rarely does the two ever together: enjoyable job that pays well also. :)

I have never been in this situation but I think I would choose a job that I would enjoy rather than a stressful job that pays more. My daughter was in a well paid stressful job and it took it's toll on her health so she had to change jobs. Money is useless if we haven't got our health.

I am in a job that I thought I would enjoy and pays very little. I got into this career knowing that I would not make that much money. And now I am miserable. I don't like the job AND I don't make any money. So I'll take the stressful one. Yes, I want the money.

For me, I would choose a job that I will enjoy coz if you enjoy and love what you do, you will be more focus and work hard for it. Eventhough the job pays high but you don't enjoy it, there will still be no contentment or level of satisfaction. Sooner or later, you will get bored and in the long run quit your job. So you might as well, find jobs that you really like and enjoy the moment.

I would definately pick the job that I enjoy. What is the point of making a ton of money when you're too miserable to enjoy it?
