Whats the difference between fresh milk and full cream milk?

I drink a glass of milk daily for my calcium requirement. The one that is UHT processed. I go for fresh milk but I noticed that there are full cream milk and priced lower than fresh milk. Whats the difference full cream and fresh milk? What do you prefer?

In Fresh milk U will get all sorts of minerals & vitamins. Cream milk is a duplicate one. They will remove all stuffs from fresh milk and again they mix some other unwanted things And sells it to lower price.
