We should not change the living environment of an animal. They should be kept captive.

no. because when you say pets it means domesticated animals, right? keeping them outside would violated their rights to a comfortable life. :)

Only domestic animals must be allowed to be kept as pets and all the wild animals must be released in the wild and whoever keep wild animals with them then they should be seriously prosecuted

well i totally disagree with this rigths! pets are getting better care inside rather then leaving them outside or any, one strong point i want to raise here is that, scientist have proved that keeping pet like cat dog or any, not only entertain human being but they relieve their depression too, animals cant speak, they cant ask for food, so its better to keep them closer to you, look towards them and love them time by time

I don't think it is. As long as you leave food and water out for them. It would be abuse if they went for long periods of time without people taking care of them. People in the US can be arrest for this.

I agree 100% with the responses here. Pets being domesticated should be indoors. Being a caregiver of a feral cat colony of 30 some cats that I try to give homes for is a problem. Many forget that alot of these animals in fact come from once domesticated cats that got lost or were ditched by their so called "owners".
