Red faces as IRB's e-filling system fails

extract from thestar.com.my Barely 24 hours afters its launch, the e-filling system for tax payers crashed yesterday, in an embarrassment to Inland Revenue Board (IRB) officials. The e-filling system was tested and had operated smoothly since the beginning of this month. However, the board discovered technical glitches with the service provider, when its staff members tried to download certificates yesterday after receiving complaints from its branches that the digital certificates could not be downloaded. Has this kind of government computer system problem happen in your country ?
