Its five years since I gave birth to my son but my tummy has still not reduced. The tummy is protruded and looks like I am 5 months pregnant. I am otherwise very active, walk for 1 hour twice a day and do household chores. Is there any way to reduce it?

I dont think theres an easy way out of it. I looked into it myself a few years ago. I had to loose weight first. So much that im in the "normal" group, not underweight, not overweight. Then surgery, because there is no way that skin will go back to normal. It is like blowing up a ballong then let the air back out. See how sloppy it becomes? Also, be finished having children. It is expensive, at least here in my area. Im trying to save up for the surgery. I also need to loose more weight first.

How much weight is the normal weight? I am 57 kg and 5 foot 5 inch tall. How much is the cost for surgery in your area?

Your weight is fine. You dont need to loose anything. The cost in my area was then (a few years ago) for a surgery around 7500$. Here is a good page to explain. http://www.miamibeach411.com/cosmetic/pro_tummy.html
