What do you consider the absolute worst feeling in the world?

Mine would definitely have to be what I'm feeling right now.. Losing one of the most important people in your life, and having them tell you they don't know what they want regarding your relationship/friendship.. I also hate watching other people in pain, be it physical/emotional.. It breaks my heart. What's yours?
