I did not know that; are you supposedto use warm water to brush them instead of cold! I thought that tingly feeling was a good clean sensation, maybe its the effect its having on my gums!

Where did you get that information? is it true? well, if it is, honestly i have no idea about it. Thanks for this info. I will take note on this. I often brush my teeth only twice a day, going to work and before sleeping.

I brush my teeth three times a day. That is before I go to work, after lunch at work, and after dinner at home. I have heard that it's best to brush one's teeth using lukewarm water. Some would say that salt and lukewarm water is even good for rinsing the mouth and can be used as substitute for toothpaste. I'm not pretty sure about brushing one's teeth in cold water, though, if that would affect the gums. I would oftentimes brush my teeth using cold water, and I do have gingivitis (gum inflammation) sometimes. I don't know if there's a connection there, but thanks for the information. I have learned something today. Happy myLotting, friend!

I heard in a television show that most of the bacterias that we get from the food we eat are stored in the tongue. And this is one of the causes of bad breath.i suggest that you use the toothbrush that has tongue cleaner. Yes as my dentist advised me. Apparently there would be particles little they may be that we cannot see them and some bacteria that could lurk on our tongues. Eventually they would contribute to tartar build up on our teeth as well.
