I need help of an advance level PHP programmer

Hi mylotians, I want to make a dynamic site on PHP, I want some mylotian to make this site. I cannot give much money incentive at the moment as my pockets are almost empty at the moment. I believe we can make some little money with this site and I will be doing alot of marketing so that might make some more money. In start, I won't be able to pay. But I promise to pay you if I earn. I will surely earn as I will spend all of my time and efforts with hard work, it might take some time. I need a mylotian who is reliable, whom I can trust. A mylotian who can update this site regularly. A mylotian who can trust me and I won't dissapoint you. I am in need of someone who is ethical and copying my idea or making another site with that code is absolutely wrong in my perspective, it should be wrong in his views as well. I am in need of geniune partnership and I am sure we both will benefit .... just a need to trust each other.
