do u have painful and tired eyes after using computer for a long time

You have to remember to blink. We tend to stare at the screen while sitting too long. We need to look away from time to time and I solve that with a movie in the player so that at times the movie is a bit more interesting than the computer. Also I do dishes in batches and so therefore I am up and down while getting things done. Good luck to you.

i don't have a solution for this but i do feel tired when im using the computer for a long time, ive only been using it for about 1 hour altogether today and my eyes are hurting already!

I get a headache after using the computer too much. I either lie down for a bit or use a topical medicine that you rub on your forehead that makes the pain go away.
