It's not safe to invest in HYIP and most of this HYIP are sort of Ponzi Shemes,so Paypal doesn't allow that. Of course you could take the risk of investing (you can call it more a gamble then an investment) in HYIP and hope the program holds long enough so you could make some profit in it. But remember Ponzi Shemes pays only the money they get from you or other investors (?).
