.....I've got a friend who's very uncomfortable makin' a pose infront of a camera. What he likes is just to take pictures. And when those golden times that he participates with us, u'll never get to see his eyes straight on the camera. We just don't get it. Definitely, he's not a shy person. He's actually the clown in our group. How about you? Do you like makin' a pose or the opposite? (",)

Oh I am definitely camera shy. Even as a kid I would close my eyes prior to having my picture taken so I wouldn't see the flash and the little shutter sound scares me for some reason. I have learned to have the red eye on when getting my picture taken as it leaves a little light on that helps me concentrate on keeping my eyes open instead of closed.
Oh, and I've even been compared to "Chandler" on 'Friends' by my own cousin a few years back. If anyone watches Friends you'd know how bad Chandler looked on that one episode where he had to have his picture taken with Monica! Heck, in my opinion I looked worse! LOL
I still take the majority of the pictures, as I don't care to be in front of the camera.

I tend to prefer to be the one taking the picture. WHen I was a kid I was always moving, always doing something I didn't have time to stop and stay still for a picture LOL
Thinking about it, maybe I am camera shy.. looking at all our pictures I'm usually the one that took them, not the one in them. And when I am - and unless I don't know that the picture is being taken - it shows that I am a bit self conscious for some reason.
