Never ending story or making money the easy way!

This is the way this works. I start a story and the next person writes more on the story. They add on to it. You can add a little or a lot. Whatever you like. The story will continue as long as people add to it. So come back and read more of it later.
Hers my part:Jeremiah was a mean man. He would push people around and make them pay money to him. One day Jeremiah met this bullfrog. The bull frog kinda stared at him and then began to talk................(Yes i know its a silly start but you never know where it will lead) go for it all you wanna be story writers. I cant wait to read what you wrote.

rumor had it that he kept it in an old boot burried underneath the doorstep, but getting to it might be tricky because he had had it stashed away for so long he forgot the exact location, but one night they crept over there, while the moon was full, and started digging, by the end of the night they were about to give up when *thud* the sound of the shovel hitting the full box was quite clear, they found what they had been looking for, they finaly pulled it out but it was locked and jerimiah forgot where the key was located, the hit the box with the shovel, trying franticaly to open it but it didnt work, then they hit it so hard a panel broke off revealing a not giving clues to the keys location, the paper read....

Meanwhile Kermetta the bullfrogs wife was busy trying to convince the townspeople to let her husband go free. She finally got him released, after all Jeremiah was always lying about things to get money from everyone.
The decided to devise a plan to get into Jeremiahs house to look for all his money...rumor had it....

'I need your help,' said the bullfrog.
'Why would I want to help you?' asked Jeremiah and was about to walk away when the next thing the bullfrog said grabbed his attention.....

Jeremiah was so startled he fell backwards landing in the mudpuddle the frog had just been bathing in. The frog jumped up on Jeremiah's chest and ......

Oh man I thought this would be fun but already found a glitch. When I went to post there weren't any other responses so I went off your post. Another was posting at the same time :( this could make for some very interesting reading but may not make any sense at all.

there is a loud noise is the darkness and they freeze from fear, they wonder what it was yet are petrified from the fear, the bullfrog croaked loudly and you could hear the sound of a cat running away, must have just been a flase alarm the thought so its time to think over the clues,
red is green and green is purple, i will go back to that one they decided,
in the land where the dog howls, so it was in the middle of old oakem forest next to something that red is green and green is purple
when the clock strikes five hours after 5 a.m., so it will be 5 p.m., we have almost solved it when another noise off in the distance, they thought nothing of it this time and went on
in this land of happinessmy treasures secret you will keep, must be what happens when you find the key when all of a sudden joana the town gossip came out of nowhere and asked what are you doig old mate....
