It is found in city that gutters and nalla are not cleaned daily as they sweep roads and footpaths. As result all waste is thrown in gutters and there is blockage in flow of gutter.It result in creation of mosquitoes and people suffer from various desease. The medical authorities are blamed for their lapse but real one who does not clean gutter remained unnoticed. For this purpose public may also educated for not to throw their waste material into gutter. Secondly sweepers found throwing sweeped material in to gutter making it blocked. They also be made responsible for cleaning of gutter.
