its not really dirty. in fact, its pasteurized. but here in the Philippines, its called "dirty". i wonder why... do you guys agree to call ice cream sold in carts "dirty ice cream"?

i love dirty ice cream better than those gallon/pint sized expensive branded ice creams!!! and i love calling it dirty ice cream, that is like a pinoy thing isnt it... =P and also its only dirty when manong surbetero will handle the cones (cones doesnt have tissue wrapped on it) using the same hand he uses to get the payment... yuck.. that is why i dont eat the cone... only the dirty ice cream!!!

Ha ha ha, what immediately came into my mind was ice cream mixed with gravel from off the road. eeehaaa. Now I have just learned something I did not know, I am a happy chappy for sure. I don't see why ice cream sold from a vendor's cart should have a different name at all, why bother, it is all ice cream, and there is NO dirt involved anywhere. I think maybe some mother ages ago told her kids not to buy it from vendors because it was dirty, and they should only get it packed from shops, this may have been because she had some and was sick from it. Not all asians have a tolerance for dairy products in their guts for digesting live bacteria in milk and cheese like european people do. That is my theory anyway.
