how do you like your eggs?

I like mine over easy. I like to have hash browns and bacon with them. I dip the bacon in the yoke and mix some of the yoke up with my hash browns. Along with some ketchup and tobasco sauce. Did I gross anyone out?

I prefer them scrambled as well, with a little bit of cheese.

I love eggs any way that they come, I especially like them poached, they just yummy anyway at all. Thank heavens for the chook.

depends on my mood. if I want scrambled, then I want it on a sandwich with mustard - or at least have mustard on top. If I want it over hard, I could just as easy eat it hard boiled, but if I want it over easy, or poached, then I want to dip my toast in the yellows.

I love to cook and make an amazing omlete. Complete with green onions, peppers, mushrooms, a little milk and even tomatoes. I top the whole thing with shredded cheddar cheese. I cook the bottom in a cast iron fry pan using coconut oil and then put it in oven and cook the top under the broiler. Just before its done, I add the shredded cheddar. The last thing to add is diced tomato. Take out of the oven and fold over and serve with hash browns and toast..

sunny side up!! with just a little bit of slime!!
