When would you pull the plug?

Your spouse was in a terrible accident, left in a coma, with extensive brain damage and paralysed. If they even came out of the come they would be completely paralyzed for the rest of their life. They might not even remember you (from the brain damage). Do you pull the plug? When? Why? Would you want your spouse to pull the plug on you if the roles were reversed?

I would ask them so I would know exactly what to do.
Personally I have told my doc, an old wise one, to make that decison for me. Iwa spretty clear in the letter I wrote what I want and don't.
