reading is one of my hobbies, i got lots of hard covers and paperbacks and with the advent of technolgy, i got lots as well in my pc. works from anne rice, stephen king, tom clancy,dean koontz, nora roberts etc...

I am one that would much rather have a print book, I cannot stand being confined to the computer to read. So I would have to honestly say even though I am a varacious and avid reader if all books were converted to ebooks I would not read them.
I need a book that I can take with me to the doctors office, on airplane, etc...
As long as they keep putting out books in print form I will continue to read 3 to 4 books per week!

i do understand the need to carry the books with you and not be confined in front of the pc..i do bring with me my ebooks with me, to work (i love to read during lunch and breaks),to outings and just about anywhere. I have an ebook reader,a handheld device w/c stores my ebooks...you might wanna try it..

I need printed books, I carry a book with me wherever I go because even standing in the checkout line at the grocery store I will read, Life is full of moments and it is up to you not to waste them, I read at least one book a week while I am working.

Hello , glaeken ! I definitely want to add YOU to my friends list ! I have a lot of ebooks too , many of the 'for dummies ' series and other made simple self-help books . I do want a specific book though - I had it as paper back but I lost it , and English books are not so available here . It is "The Once and Future King" ,I would be grateful if you can help me get an e-book copy . I use a laptop and reading an ebook from a laptop is almost like using a real book .

i love ebooks! they dont cost as much and i can print it anytime i need a good read. :) i just love my ebooks collection. for stephen king lovers, anne rice, etc.. i have copies of their books good for collection... just let me know if you need and im willing to share mine.
