I think the Philippines has more than one specialty when it comes to food. But I think it's the dried mangoes from CEbu that has become one of the better known food specialties here. It's so delicious!

India is a huge country with so many differnt languages, states. It would be difficult to point out just one speciality. I am a North Indian now living in South India - so the Dosa would a specility from South India. from the North, it'd have to be Samosa's or paneer and from the west varieties of Chaat - be it bhel puri, paani puri or dahi batata puri and it;'s varieties. some of the other good things from here are vada pao, usal pao, and there are too many sweet things to enumerate here. so tell me about Filipino specialities.
