Never changing is actually changing

I had a discussion with my friend regarding this quote. We found difficulties to interprete the meaning. What a difficult quote...

Its not that, I think it said "the only constant is change". A dalai lama word I think. It means everything is changing, so, given that everything is changing the only thing 'fix' or 'constant' is changing itself. you get it?

there are a fev posibilitys ... when decideing to never change you change ... or maybe it refers to fizical change :-? ... or it could just meen that there is no way to escape the wrath of change :P ...
