What do women want?

Dear all, I have often seen women are never satisfied with anything. Be it shopping, studies, dating, romancing etc. I wonder what do they want? I feel they have some thing going in their minds which they never say. i just want to know from women what do they think or what goes in their mind in different situations like attending classes, shopping, dating, romancing or may be while spending time with their family members?
