how to cut on spending too much?

i can't say tha i'm an impulsive buyer,, but i am buying all those stuff coz i need it to,and i love them,,today's on sale at the nearest mall here,, now i can't go there coz i'm punishing myself..i've spent a lot last week!huhuhu

hehehe, you spent too much that's you problem. i think you have to learn to budget your money or save some money so that whenever it comes a time that you'll be needing money or need to buy an important stuff then you can buy it. ayt!
