Do you go through and [+] Everyone automatically? Do you read all the comments? Or do you just not bother rating anyones comments or replies?

I will read all the comments received for my topic as iam loved to do that .It feels good when someone replies to our topic.they are taking efforts to read & answer us so i will mark + if its upto my expectations but i have not marked anyone - till date as i know it will reduce their reputation. But i have not come across any such stupid or irrelevant answer that needs such negative marking.

I do read all the responses before i rate them, but i always mark them (+) after reading them. I seldom give a (-) rate, this only happens if the responder was quite rude to the topic starter- but i think ive only done it like 3x eversince i started here at myLot. Before i didnt really rate the responses as i didn't think that it will be an important part of their star rating as well-but now i do rate them as much as i can. I also think it adds to your personal earnings if you do take time to rate the discussions as well as the responses.

I do read the entire post before I rate them. But I very seldom rate posters a (-) mark unless the post is really like a spam post which doesn't have meaning or is not even about the topic. I'm practically a generous rater. I rate + everytime I like the discussion and the posters answers.

I am very much perticular to this DRS. I rate the discussion or the response whenever I find it worth to tick as positive. If I am not very sure about it's negativeness I avoid to rate it negative. I seldom use the abuse or reporting to mylot if the discussion or the response violates the guidelines by mylot. It has been said by mylot that it's being an important aspect of the mylot to rate the quality work our contribution through the rating can help a lot to maintain a quality cliamate. Wish you all the best.

I rate when I think someone has given a kind, informative or generally what I consider a good answer. I have only given one person a negative and that was because they answered in a rude, insulting manner. I wouldn't give a negative just because I don't agree- I wouldn't want someone with a different opinion than mine to negative my answer. Furthermore I never read the answers before I answer, I always post mine first and then read everyone elses responses.

I open all the discussions I find interesting (even when I do not plan on commenting) and read the responses and the comments. If I found any that are really interesting or really insightful I rate them with a plus, else I move on. The only times I rate someone with a minus are when they comment only to say "I've no idea what you're taking about" or "I don't know". I mean come on, if they didn't know the answer they should have refrained from posting altogether. :)
