How do you find a cool flatmate?

I have a large home here in New Zealand, five bedrooms. the only way that I can afford this home is to rent out the rooms. Sometimes I get some very odd people wanting rooms, most are ok. I had one lady, early forty's, very odd. she helped herself to everyones food, drink, clothes and talked a whole lot of rubbish. one week she lasted till I sent her on her way. Hard to believe people can be like that. i think she was sick, no, really, in the head, she was not the full pack of cards. At the moment i am looking for another person as I have a empty room, so heres hoping we get someone that fits in. Wish me luck... A
