Good Money for the work

How many of you get paid really well, while working in a call centre? What is that you find difficult in your industry and why? What is the major challenge you face working in a call centre is it Timings, Accents, Creativity and many more? Give me your ideas it will help as I'm planning to do a study on this... while i was workign with the call center industry i used to get paid well 4 my work. i really loved the work enviornment otu in my company. but as far as i have experienced it was an industry even a very little achivement of yours is apprciated and recognised there. we had oppurtunities to express our talents. even thogh the work timings are a bit hectic still we found it interesting to work because of a good team and all other good things we have there
