Hi Im Toya Im not a mum but I do a lot of dance + exercise + I know you can get a thin stomach again. The best thing is to follow a diet without sweets, chocolates, or anything fattening + drink lots of fresh water. If you're stuck for time then you could do some stomach exercises maybe 5 or 10 minutes a day. You could do floor situps. You just start doing a few situps a day - lying on the floor knees bent feet on the floor + hands behind your head + then hold your stomach muscles in + squeeze up lifting only your head and shoulders off the floor - dont lift up to the full situps try + keep your legs bent, feet on the floor + quite far away from you until you get better + then just do 10 lifting your head to your chest + then cross your rt foot onto your bent left leg (above the knee) + do the same thing but with opposite elbow to your knee + then repeat on the other side. Then if youre okay you can repeat this + after a week or two increase the number of lifts + starting moving your feet further into your body. If youre in pain stop + curl up into a ball bringing your knees into your chest + supporting your legs with your hands. The other thing you can do on the go is when youre standing swing round right + left swinging your arms + do some side stretches aswell lift one arm over your head + stretch to the side + stretch down on 1 side with 1 arm + your hand pointing to the floor - youve got to keep your hips facing front in these exercises otherwise they dont work so just swing + stretch only as far as you can go at the beginning - do about 8 swings + 8 stretches each side I also wrote a replies to a couple of others about situps - GypsysTear + blogyourself. After a couple of weeks you should begin to notice the difference. And I know lots of women who get fit + toned with a busy life as I give exercise + dance classes sometimes aswell, once you get fitter the stretch marks should begin to disappear aswell. Please write back + let me know if you do the exercises and how you get on
