Which bad driving habit annoys you the most?

What do you see people do while driving that drives you nuts? Cell phoning, tailgating, littering? Or anything else?

There are several that bug me actually. One though that irritates me the most are ones who pass on the right. We have it happen here a lot. A two lane road and someone is stopped to make a left turn so those behind him will pass on the right, going onto the shoulder to do it or into another road. I've seen so many accidents caused by this and the worst part is, I see cops do it too. It's a big pet peeve of mine.
