Have Jatin-Lalit really broken up? If yes, what are the reasons?

A couple of years ago I read on the scrolling text bar on a news channel that Jatin-Lalit, the composer duo who had composed fantastic music for over 14 years were going to break up after completing the projects in hand. 2 years have passed and I've heard no further news. Infact, on a couple of websites I read the earlier news was a hoax. Have they broken up?
