Life imprisonment or death penalty? What do you think and why? :)

The best and fair punishment is life imprisonment. Only God can take your life away,in my opinion this mean neither the murderer or the jury has the right to take a persons life away. So the murderer will have to get life imprisonment,he wouldn't be able to live a normal life and will always feel miserbale.
