Movies - First Day First Show or after veiwing the reveiw

Hi Everybody,
Do you watch movies first day first show coz your favorite star is casted in the movie or the favourite directors movie so on. Or you wait for the review from the critics and if their response is good you go cinema hall. I personally dont go first day first show, i see the response from people who have watched the movie and sometimes if my friends are planning to go for a movie, i watch it with them. do you people do some research before planning the movie?

I wait until it comes out in dvc I don't go out as much anymore, I never have the money though I used to love to go to movies, I didn't have to see the first show though, as long as I saw the movie I wanted to see and I didn't care what the critics said I went for what I wanted.

hmmmmmmm a well thought statement..
but i think once in a while we should watch movies in theatre just to chill out from our busy schedule.

I wait until it comes out on DVD and watch it at home. Our movie theatres in out little town are not very good!

In that case its fine to watch on DVD.
theres a huge difference in watching on pc and theatre

For me there is nothing like I have to see the first day first show because my favourite star cast is there or something. I always go for a movie after going through the reviews. And also try to watch trailer sometime. Another thing is I don't see one movie because other people are crazy after it. I have some choice of my own and I choose to watch a movie according to taht.

I don't really fancy catching the show on the first day. It doesn't really mean anything. I just make sure I catch the show somehow, any day *if* I really want to watch it.
