What is the difference between a leader and a manager?

A leader is a doer. He leads the things to be done and he actually does it. A manager is one who delegates tasks and not necessarily do the tasks. A good leader is actually born, hence the expressions, one is born to be a leader. A good manager is made.. I mean, one can develop it.
