my wife have been having fainting spells and dizziness What does dizziness have to do with blood circulation? Could staying hungry for long periods result in dizziness?

staying hungry for long hrs does lead to dizziness but i have no exact idea in regards to blood circulation. well should experience b4 i can answer it correctly i guess.

I ask my wife to eat and she says she gets vomitting. thanks for your response.

Yes, she should not stay hungry for a long period of time.
