by now you all must have known that i am working as a senior grade mathematics lecturer and a personal plus career counselor in one of the most reputed school of the town....with a population of more than a 5000 kids,,,, and i at this only small age was treated like a mtured grown up guy and was paid immediate attention, lot of respect and sense of gratitude by all my students over the past onn complete year..... now since I have to go to the college nor for starting my UG, i would be leaving the school job by, say, august.... so the school is not ready to appoint me as a regular faculty for any of the batches....as i would leaving in mid term---and has t5old me to work with them as a reliver-- a subsititute teacher.....I guess u understand the tierm...those who do not here u go--"(a subsitute teache ris one who takes the period of any and every absent teacher)".....but i feel tha after earning so much respect if i work like a substi i would be losing all the charm of the job and all repect and dignity that i earned so hard,,,,thereofre I ama just not able to understand what should I be doing? Please help guys....
I havent told this to the principal of the school because she is my mother and would really hate me go like this disappointed...and if i don't i ll have to stake up my dignity which means most to me....so what should i do? even if i leave my job right now I know finances are going to be thrashed like anything...but then self respect and dignity also play some role na??Please suggest me guys what should i do/??

Relax, mate. Better talk to the persons who you think can help with your situtation. Someone who can understand what's going in with you. I think you can always start with your mom, even if she is the principal of the school. She'll most probably listen to you and even help you out because to you, this is a very big deal. I know there is always no harm in trying.
