Learn about the best solo talent build, and then DO NOT MAKE ANY MORE ALTS. Getting to 70 is a piece of cake if you just stick to one character. If you keep making more characters, you just divide your time up too much and you'll never make it. The absolute fastest way is to grind. This is just killing monsters as fast a possible in a given area. The monsters most suited for this are 2-4 levels below you and have a rapid respawn rate and are preferably humanoid (since they drop money and cloth which can be sold). Quests are a change of pace when you get tired of grinding (and believe me, you will). You may not be able to level as fast but you'll have more fun. Just remember, if you think the game is fun while you're still not max level, you'll be blown away by the end-game. It is so much more fun and you build so many more relationships with other players.

Also, no matter what class you are, First Aid is a must-have skill. You will grind so much faster without having to sit down or waste mana on heals.

Spend 30 minutes or so reading about the class you want to lvl. Some classes just have better solo leveling ability. You can also read a bit about the talent trees for that class. Finding the right talent tree is important. As for questing...there isn't much to say, you have to do it. I play some of my heavier music and pic an area where I can do 5 levels fairly easily (thottbot.com and others like it give Zone Quest Info...) and then I go to a new area for variety. I also have a notebook and a few mods set up so that I can use sites like thottbot.com to get the location of the quest items etc. This cuts down on the hunt and search for items that are less than obvious. I'd suggest Titan as a good mod for its Coordinates and various other game helpers. Good Luck!

best way i lvl is to just learn my class and race, learn the area, and do quests. lots and lots of quests. lol. some people say thats boring. but really its either that or stand in a field and kill skeletons all day :P
