Pretty regularly, actually. My girlfriend and I don't have much of an issue with kissing in public, though it's not like we start heavy making-out in a crowd of people or anything.

I hugged my husband and kissed him right in the niddle of the street. I didn't feel embarassed at all. He was leaving for work aboard a ship and we were saying goodbye to each other.
