We ahve a son that has very long hair. Down to his but. I also have a son that wears his hair short. Moral ... it is what kind of a person you are not the length of your hair

Very true. I don't like it when I am stereo typed on the job. I am a partner in the business. Our clients think my gf designs the flower beds but the long haired guitar playing guy does it. LOL.

Either can be nice... either style can look great on some and not so great on others. People definitely get stereotyped if they have long hair... but I don't see why, it says nothing about the person, their morals or anything. Have your own style I say!!! :D

I do agree with you about the stereo type. Fortunately I worked with some of my clients when I had short hair. Today they couldn't tell you that it was ever short. That is how much they care now. LOL
My new clients seem comfortable with it considering all of the big Latin plant names that I know.

It really does not matter to me.I like a man with long hair as long as it is not wild.My man use to have long hair and it is very curley,and i only liked his in a ponytail,when it was down it looked terrible..I see men with long hair all the time and i like it (but neat.).I know you did not ask but i also like beards and muchtaches too...Because my husbands hair is so curley his looks real good short..

I stopped shaving for the winter because I don't go out much & she likes the mustache too. Which I also don't like. LOL

To me, guys should have short hair. They look neat and cute. It's uncool to me if they have long hair. Some guys just cannot see that they don't look great with long hair... Maybe it's my preference....:

My gf likes my hair long. Otherwise I would cut it. It gets in the way of everything which makes some of the things I do dangerous.

I think that it all depends on what the person looks like. I have no preference. My fiance has long hair and has since I met him 8 years ago. He won't cut it, except for the normal trimming. I think that he would look very nice with it short, but it's up to him. I have learned never to talk about his hair, because the last time I did, he told me that he wants to keep what he has, while he still has it. ( he'a thining)

I probably would cut it. I do think as women get older they look better with short hair.I know that feeling, I have had my hair cut to what I thought was drastic measure,it was a long time before I could get used to it.I find it is much better when it is voluntary. I have gone to get a trim only to have the stylist butcher my hair and lose 7 inches or so, and that is just worse.
