Do u think Minnows like Netherlands, Bermuda should participate in Worldcup?

Instead of fixing matches between the giants and minnows, a preliminary round of matches between the minnows should have been conducted and the best two teams should have been selected for the world cup. Australia playing against minnows and making or breaking world records is really funny. So also South Africa breaking several Sri Lankan records against Netherlands.

Actually the minnows are selected based on ICC World Championship matches. All the minnows will compete with each other and top 6 minnows r included in the World Cup.
