So today I decided to go through my Amazon.com wishlist and thin it out. Since I joined bookmooch and paperbackswap I decided to see which books that were on there were also available at on of the book swaps I'm a member of. I found a couple at paperbackswap: "How to Marry a Millionaire Vampire" by Kerrelyn Sparks "Keeper of the Winds" by Jenna Solitaire "The Blooding" by Patricia Windsor and I also found "A Wizard of Earthsea" by Ursula K. Le Guind. I have been looking for this series since forever and I was so glad to find the first book in the series! I was quite proud of myself for being able to take four books off the 2page wishlist but there was a flaw in my logic. Somehow my click happy mouse stopped deleting books from the wishlist and started adding them to the shopping cart. Granted I took advantage of the fact that all orders over $25 are eligible for the free shipping, but still, I ended up buying four other books off of Amazon.com Kinda offsets the money I saved by using the bookswaps. Here's what I got: "The Scent of Shadows" by Vicki Petersson "Benighted" by Kitwhitfield "Destiny (Rogue Angel)" by Alex Archer "Eldest" by Christopher Paolini *cough* Then tonight I was visiting a friend who is back in town on Spring Break and somehow I ended up at Barnes & Noble... "Posession" by Jennifer Armintrout "Daughter of the Blood" by Anne Bishop "Full Moon Rising" by Keri Arthur. So despite my intention of getting two, maybe three, books sent to me via a bookswap I ended up having eight on their way and three new ones on hand. Wow. I just don't understand how that happened. Don't they make a patch for this sort of thing?

Actually, I hope there is a patch for this affliction. After reading your post, I joined paperbackswap. I have the feeling that my addiction is going to be off the charts!! LOL. I am a total bookworm. As a matter of fact, that was my nickname in school.

Hehehe, yes I suspect it's going to get much worse for you too! I'm glad you joined paperbackswap, it's an awesome site. I'd also recommend bookmooch as well.

LOL I understand how you feel. I hardly order books online but when I go on holiday I always come back with a stack of books.

It's a good thing next week is my Spring Break. I can read in peace and not have to worry about slacking off from my studies!
