is india in a race with other countries to launch sattelites is it healthy i think it is because when we prepare nuclear weapon when others are not then it is harmfull but in this world all are in a race thewrefore it is a healthy competition

As long as the countries are responsible and don't plan on using nuclear fuel cells for batteries. If one of those exploded or burnt up in reentry it could cause nuclear fallout and result in a lot of additional cases of cancer.
