Everytime I wake up exhausted and feeling that my body is very heavy, I usually recall my activities of the other day before i slept. If its normal then its ok, then I will try to recall the dream i had that night. Most often than not, my dream is exhausting. It's either i was running, doing something that requires hard labor, or i was busy chasing something. An when i wake up, Im very very tired. It's like i'm physically doing the activities in my dream. If a sleep recharges the body after being drained from the days' activities, then how come the body is fatigued even when asleep? Have u ever experienced this? Pls share your insights.

Sleeping is supposed to be a restful activity. You are supposed to awake refresh and energize after a full night's sleep. However, there are cases when we actually wake up more tired compared to when we came to bed. It's like as if we never rested at all. I can remember experiencing such sensations, but I cannot recall if I had any dreams when I was sleeping. People who believe in astral travel would claim that when we sleep our spirit leave our bodies and go somewhere else. They say sometimes the physical tiredness that we experience we wake up is because of our spirit's journeyings throughout the night. I'm not sure how true is this, but I sure would love to know. Maybe if my spirit can bring back a souvenir, then I would have irrevocable proof. LOL!

Yes, usually sleep helps me to recover for the next day. But, there are those times that I feel like I ran a marathon in bed, then felt that way all day. Infact, this is one of those days. I think that you would feel energized if you astral projected, and stressful dreams cause you to be tired.
