Has Anyone Else Watched Nanny 911?

I do watch it and I also like it. It has given my some good ideas to use with my own children. I also watch the nanny show with Jo Frost. I am having a total loss of memory at the moment,but her show is on on Mondays and I also find it very helpful. Both of these shows have written books as well. I think her show is called Super Nanny.

I watched it and my sons would be unable to sit on a chair for that amount of time and they are not like those kids that are so unpredictable and wild. I guess we did things right. I cannot understand how they can change a child's behavior in a week. The behavior has to be in the child to begin with, but it must work. I do think it is a good show because children like structure and want someone to keep them in control so when a nanny comes and tells them to do this and do that they are more apt to listen then to parents who say, "darling if you do not want to do this, say so."

I too watch this show. I always seem to learn something new. It seems unreal though that they can get very bad behaved children to turn around in just a matter of days but if you truly follow the techniques used I guess it can happen. Just being consistent works wonders and I know this from my own experience!

I love those type of shows (Supernanny too) I think they are great because there are kids out there that are out of control and run the household instead of the parents. I don't think it is fake at all. I get some good ideas from it and find it helpful!

i love that show because i sometimes learn how to talk with my children better and how i could get them to settle down a bit...
