A separate web with no adds?

What would hapen if some internet service said they would block all adds. Back when the internet was starting it was WAY more fun and useful. Now its like every time they can show you an add or a disguised add or get you to sign up and gets adds in your email before they let you do anything. What if I made a server with content that had NO adds?
