Have you ever heard of couscous? It's a north african dish. I know it's made of wheat and you can prepare a sauce with meat and vegetable to go with it. You can also have it as a salad. If you make couscous regularly, is it easy to make? Do you like it as a main dish with a sauce or as a salad? Which members of your family like it more - adults or children?

I like it very much. I used it as a side dish, and add some green veggies and corn to it. My husband and I both have it. Sometimes I make it plain. You can do a lot of different things with it, and it takes a jiffy to make it.

You can prepare cous cous in many, many ways. In Morocco you wouldn't see anyone put cous cous in sallad, I think people would be really shocked if they knew it can be used for salads too. We have cous cous with chicken, meat or vegetables. Hardly ever in sallad. I prefer bulgur for salad.
In my family we all like cous cous, both kids and parents.

I like couscous a lot but don't usually think about it when I try to figure out what to make for dinner. It's easy and quick to cook and works in lots of different dishes. My mom makes a really yummy couscous salad with cucumbers, green onions, mango, cranberries, and red peppers.

I have recently tried couscous for the first time and I love it. I had it with parsley, lemon juice, and chives. I have also had it plain and that was okay but I think it needs something to jazz it up. It is super-easy to make. My mom likes it too although my husband and sister don't but I make it anyway.
